Consultancy Services: Provision of an Integrated Design Team comprising the following disciplines, each to be appointed under a separate consultancy appointment: Design Team Lead, Architectural, Structural and Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Fire Safety Consultant, Disability Access Consultant, Project Supervisor Design Process, Design and Assigned Certifier, Employer’s Representative and BIM Information Manager. Stage Service (i) to (v) Full Service . The Lead Consultant shall be responsible for the coordination and management of the Integrated Design Team.
