RFT for the provision of Charter Flights and Associated Support Services for the purpose of Return Operations

What the buyer wants

The provision of charter flights and associated support services for the purpose of Return Operations (the “Return Operations”) to the Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration. The Services comprise the provision of fixed wing charter aircraft and all services required to support the return from this State of persons who do not have permission to be in the State, upon these aircraft, by An Garda Síochána. The process of return has a basis in legislation by virtue of the Immigration Act 1999, the International Protection Act 2015 and International Protection Act 2026. The scope of the Services envisaged to be required during the Term of the Services Contract is described in Appendix 1 to this RFT.
