What the buyer wants

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, would like to enter into framework agreements for consultancy services within the discipline geomatics. Geomatics includes GIS, geodata, geodesi and NVDB and it is an important discipline at the contracting authority. There is a need for a number of services such as measurement, calculation, systematisation and storage, management, analysis and presentation of such data as well as system development of systems. This can be data collection with sensors and machine learning.
