What the buyer wants

Kulturtanken and Riksteatret shall enter into a joint contract for regular cleaning services on the premises at Gullhaug Torg 2B in Oslo. The agreement includes cleaning of approx. 6,230 m² divided in six floors, as well as options for spring cleaning and extraordinary cleaning services. The estimated annual contract value is between NOK 1 million and NOK 1.1 million excluding VAT. The contract will run from 1 February 2027 for two years, with an option for an extension for one year at a time, maximum until 30 June 2033. The total estimated contract value including options is between NOK 6.5 million and NOK 7 million excluding VAT.
