What the buyer wants

The framework agreement is for the provision of plumbing services, mainly hourly services, materials and a combination of these, in Innlandet, mainly Lillehammer. The contracting authority will hold a tender conference for interested suppliers Friday 20 November, 09:00. The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency ́s need for services in connection with the operation, maintenance and new procurement of plumbing installations in the mentioned areas. The assignment is further described in the tender documentation part III. Equivalent framework agreement for the area Rena, Elverum, Hamar has been announced in Doffin in a separate competition. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1+1 year, total up to 5 years. The framework agreement shall be a parallel framework agreement with up to 3 tenderers. Call-offs are initially awarded according to the surging principle, but call-offs with an estimated value of more than NOK 750,000 excluding VAT will be awarded after a re-opening of the competition (mini competition). Excluding VAT. The framework agreement ́s announced and maximum value is NOK 40,000,000. Excluding VAT. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition if there is a justifiable reason, e.g. if planned financing is withdrawn or lacks approval from political or military quarters.
