What the buyer wants

Alver municipality, c/o the Property Department, needs a framework agreement for the delivery of electro materials for operation and maintenance. The contract mainly includes supplies for work carried out on its own. Alver municipality reserves the right to purchase goods from other framework agreements. For individual call-offs with a combined value that exceeds NOK. Alver municipality reserves the right to hold separate competitions for this. Furthermore, the contracting authority reserves the right to use special wholesalers for individual deliveries if this has clear advantages.
