ZVU Servis

ZVU Servis a.s. is an engineering manufacturer of single-piece and small-series machine assemblies, weldments, steel structures, machine parts and tools. It also machines stainless and tool steel, repairs machine tools, portal cranes and electrical equipment, and provides calibration of gauges.

Production is based on the customer's documentation and European standards, under quality management according to EN ISO 9001. The company holds ISO 9001, EN ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-1/-2 certificates, and it sells contract manufacturing and repair services to external industrial customers. It works with other ZVU group subsidiaries to offer complete supply from process calculations and drawings through production, transport and assembly.

The company was established in 1997 as part of the ZVU holding and is a subsidiary of ZVU a.s. It operates production halls on the ZVU premises in Hradec Králové. Its career page lists open positions for a machine mechanic and repair technician, an electrician, a welder, a CNC horizontal boring machine operator and a production material handler.
