About yuMuuv

YuMuuv builds a wellness challenge platform for companies. It collects activity data from wearable devices and apps such as Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin and Fitbit, and offers many challenge types, including step, sleep, yoga, running, mindfulness and custom challenges.

Customers are organisations that run employee wellness programmes; the company says it works with more than 1,300 companies and users in 100+ countries. Pricing is based on registered participants and challenge duration, with a free add-on for up to 10 invited family or friends per employee.

YuMuuv is headquartered in Tartu, Estonia, and was founded in 2019 (legal entity yuMuuv OÜ). Co-founders are Jakob Remmel (CEO) and Kristjan Lilleoja (CTO). The site states compliance with GDPR, SOC 2 and WCAG 2.2 AA, and offers the app in 50 languages.
