About Yosai
Yosai provides IT project management and agile delivery consulting. Its founder steps in as project manager, Scrum master or product owner to set up the Scrum framework, run ceremonies, and handle budgets, estimates, planning, risks and steering committee reporting. The offering also includes website creation and care, covering domain, hosting, security updates and ongoing maintenance.
Clients are businesses across Europe, served remotely with direct collaboration between the client and the founder. A recent case covers a multi-project portfolio of around 10 concurrent IT projects with a cross-functional team of 12, delivering applications used by field technicians for maintenance, diagnostics and audits. The company also works for a large industrial group on a portfolio of digital-services projects.
Yosai s.r.o. was founded in 2025 and is headquartered in Bratislava, Slovakia. The founder, Sami Yassine, has eight years of experience leading IT projects, has practised Scrum since 2018 and holds the PSM I certification from Scrum.org.
Product: Project management, Scrum master and product owner services for IT projects, plus website creation and care packages.
