yh-antagning.se

YH-antagning is an admissions system for Swedish yrkeshögskola (vocational higher education) providers. It covers the process from applications to the class list, including automatic retrieval of merits from the Beda grade database for applicants verified with BankID, a limit on study pace (takvärde), automatic reserve admission, selection by admission criteria, and the 20% rule for eligible applicants.

Its users are administrators at yrkeshögskola providers. Testimonials on the site come from staff at providers such as Nackademin, JENSEN yrkeshögskola and Företagsekonomiska Institutet. The service also supports invitations to special tests and interviews, notes on applications, messages by app, SMS and e-mail, admission decisions, and an audit log of changes.

The system includes built-in reports for supervision and for reporting programme start to the Myndigheten för yrkeshögskolan and personal-number-based statistics collected by SCB. Completed admissions can be archived with the full application documentation and change log.
