About Xlocat
Xlocat is a mobile app that connects people who want live video of a place or event with operators who stream it from their phones. Customers pick an operator on a map, set the start time and duration, and specify the angle to film. Streams are private and one-to-one.
Customers book operators and pay per minute, with the total shown before payment. Operators set their own price per minute, accept requests on the map and receive payouts through Stripe. Xlocat states that it does not store streams; optional recordings are kept by a third-party service for 14 days.
Xlocat OÜ is registered in Estonia, with Tallinn as its headquarters city. It was founded on 26 October 2023. The app is available on the App Store and Google Play.
Product: Mobile app for booking on-location operators who stream live private video from their phones, paid per minute.
