About Xeneta

Xeneta provides a freight rate benchmarking and market intelligence platform for ocean and air freight. It aggregates contracted and spot rates from shippers and forwarders and offers lane-level benchmarks, carrier evaluation, tender and bid comparison tools, and rate forecasts up to 3 months ahead for contracted rates and 10 days ahead for spot rates. Service reliability data from Xeneta Ocean Schedules is also offered.

Customers are freight procurement, logistics and supply chain teams at shippers, freight forwarders, liners and airlines. The website names Nestlé, Volvo and Coca-Cola among customers. Access to the platform is sold to customers; those who contribute their own contracted rates can compare them against market benchmarks. Carriers do not contribute data.
