About Xcrusher

XCRUSHER develops a pulsed high-power technology that fragments and separates composite and multilayer materials at their interfaces instead of grinding them. The company describes its approach as selective fragmentation, based on a patented method with documented test protocols for each material family.

Target materials include thermoplastic composites, bitumen and asphalt, carbon fibre and resin composites, WEEE and circuit boards, mining ore, and bonded or composite industrial assemblies. Industrial operators can submit their own material for separation tests on a pilot platform that runs on real industrial waste flows.
