Workist

Workist builds an AI agent that captures orders and requests for quotation from emails and PDFs, validates them against master data, and writes structured entries into ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage and Weclapp. The product is offered as a subscription with document-volume tiers (Core, Professional, Enterprise) and includes an Outlook add-in and an API.

The website states that customers are B2B companies in manufacturing, distribution and trade, with named references including Primavera, EVG, Zentis and Brennenstuhl. Revenue comes from annual plans priced by document volume and user count; the Enterprise tier is quoted individually.

The company is based in Berlin, Germany, according to its open positions, and the website names Tim Wegner as co-founder and managing director. The site reports more than 15 million processed documents and over 150 customers, and it lists open roles in sales, marketing, AI solution engineering and SAP development.
