About WILVO

WILVO manufactures parts and assemblies and transport solutions for high-tech applications. Its services cover development, CNC and precision machining, sheet metal processing, assembly, ISO 7 cleanroom assembly, cleaning (bake out / RGA) and refurbishment, delivered from prototype to series production.

WILVO serves manufacturers in high-tech end markets, including optical and analytical, semiconductor, medtech, defense, energy, and agri and food technology. It operates as a contract manufacturer in high-mix, low-volume production.

WILVO was founded in 1970 by Ton Willems and Jan Vosters. Since 2019 it has been owned by BORROMIN, and in 2023 it was acquired by Rivean Capital. The company reports 820 FTE and a production area of over 76,800 m². It has locations in Bergeijk and Nijkerk in the Netherlands and in Tuchenbach, Germany, and has added German facilities through the 2026 acquisitions of Ottmar Buchberger GmbH and LEUKA GmbH. Current openings include CNC machinists and programmers, welders, process and quality engineers, cleanroom technicians, and apprenticeship (BBL) and internship places.
