About Wflow

Wflow is a Czech software platform for digitising company expenses and accounting. It covers expense and invoice approvals, document capture with data extraction, a digital archive and financial reporting in one system. Existing accounting software can be connected through ready-made connectors and an open API. The product line also includes invoice and purchase order issuing, electronic signing, and Card Flex, which combines company payment cards provided with Česká spořitelna and automatic matching of receipts to transactions.

Customers are finance and accounting departments of small, medium and large companies. The company states that more than 10,000 companies use Wflow and that 10 of the 15 largest accounting firms in the Czech Republic do. Pricing is a subscription per user or organisation per month in Czech crowns, with Profi and Business tiers and custom Enterprise terms.

Wflow was founded in 2018 by Robert Soudný and David Groh and is headquartered in Prague. The company reports customers in 18 countries and says it plans expansion into foreign markets.
