About Werk IT

Werk IT OÜ builds Werk, a training platform for construction. It turns project drawings and manufacturer guidance into short mobile lessons and knowledge checks, and shows which topics site teams need explained again. Customers can see who has completed the training and how teams answered each question.

The platform is aimed at construction main contractors, contractors and building material manufacturers. Werk creates the lessons and questions, and the customer's technical team reviews them before they are sent to site teams.

The company was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia. It received €50,000 from EAS for a project to bring the product to the UK market. In 2024 it was a finalist at the London Construction Awards and received the European Labour Authority's Good Practice Award in Construction.

Product: Werk, a platform that converts project drawings and manufacturer guidance into short mobile lessons, knowledge checks and completion and answer analytics.
