About WB Timber Innovations
Timber Innovations designs, manufactures and installs timber frames, structural insulated panels (SIPs) and oak structures for dwellings. It also supplies roof trusses and panels, engineered floors and cross-laminated timber (CLT) floor panels. Its InnovationsPLUS services cover architectural, engineering and project management resources, and it offers energy assessments based on SAP calculations, which are charged separately.
Customers are self-builders and construction firms, including architects and contractors, for projects across the UK. The company sells timber packages and related design, engineering and project management services, and says it can take a project from initial concept through to detailed working drawings and completion.
The company is based in Redditch in the West Midlands, where its manufacturing and design facility is located. It is part of the Keystone and Wyckham Blackwell Group and a Structural Timber Association (STA) Gold Member, and was founded in 2011. Its CLT floor panels were installed on a multi-storey refurbishment in Central London, and it was shortlisted at the Build It Awards 2026 for a Passivhaus home. It is currently hiring a Project Manager in Redditch.
Product: Timber frames, SIPs, oak structures, roof trusses and panels, engineered and CLT floors, with design, installation and project management services.
