About Wapi
WAPI provides third-party fulfillment for ecommerce sellers: storing, picking, packing and shipping orders from its warehouses in Europe and Mexico. Services include cash on delivery, 24 to 48 hour last-mile delivery, TikTok Shop and Amazon preparation, cross-docking and returns handling. Orders from web shops and marketplaces are managed in one proprietary system, which connects to sales channels and CRM tools.
Its customers are online sellers, most of them in supplements and cosmetics, and it also works with sellers in other verticals. Revenue comes from fulfillment contracts; warehousing is sold as part of these contracts rather than as standalone storage.
WAPI was founded in 2019 and is headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia. The company operates 16+ warehouses across Europe and Mexico, ships cash on delivery in 19 markets and reports a team of 60 people. Its website also states that the company was recognised as Fulfillment Tech & Logistics Company of the Year 2026 – Europe by Corporate Vision.
Product: Outsourced ecommerce fulfillment with cash on delivery, last-mile delivery and a multi-channel order management system.
