On 1 December 2021 it merged with MSM Banská Bystrica, a.s. and is a member of MSM GROUP, which operates in defence and civil industry. It is currently hiring assembly fitters, electromechanics, electrical designers and electrotechnologists, and offers internships and part-time work to students.
