VOSEM Capital, správ. spol.

VOSEM Capital, správ. spol., a. s. is a Slovak management company for investment funds backed by real assets, mainly real estate and shares in companies. It operates under a licence from the National Bank of Slovakia (NBS) under the collective investment act. Fund assets are kept separate from the management company's assets, and Slovenská sporiteľňa, a. s. acts as depositary.

The company manages three funds: VOSEM Fond alternatívnych investícií (alternative investments, risk class 5 of 7), VOSEM Fond nájomného bývania (rental housing, risk class 2 of 7) and VOSEM Fond realitných investícií (real estate, risk class 2 of 7). The funds are offered to individual investors with a minimum investment from €20 and a minimum investment horizon of five years. Through its rental housing fund, the company has committed to the state-supported rental housing programme as a strategic investment partner, with the long-term goal of building and managing at least 3,000 new rental apartments in Slovakia.

The company was registered on 12 December 2024 and has its headquarters in Bratislava. Its leadership includes Tomáš Spuchliak (owner and founder), Daniel Meško (chairman of the board), Miroslav Hecl (CEO and board member) and Miloš Kostík (board member).
