About vollmergruppe.de
Vollmergruppe Dienstleistung is a group of service companies headquartered in Mülheim an der Ruhr. Its offering covers private and commercial security services, including technical, personnel and preventive fire protection, as well as cleaning, parking management and personnel services. The group also installs alarm, intrusion detection and fire warning systems and connects them to its own 24/7 emergency and service control center.
Customers are businesses and organisations that need security, cleaning, parking or temporary staff. Its personnel services supply skilled workers for short or longer assignments under a permit for unlimited temporary agency work from the Federal Employment Agency. The group also runs a security academy that offers training and retraining for the security trade.
The group traces its origins to 1946, when Wilhelm Vollmer founded Westdeutscher Wachdienst, and is now in its third family generation. It states a workforce of over 1,500 people and more than 150 operational vehicles, and operates across Germany with a focus on North Rhine-Westphalia. Current job openings include security staff, ticket inspectors, cleaners, waste loaders and control-center staff, mostly in the Ruhr area.
