About Viva Wine Group

Viva Wine Group is a European wine group that imports and sells wine through a set of operating companies. It describes its model as a decentralised structure that combines group synergies with local companies.

The group runs a B2B wine business in Europe through Delta Wines Group, an e-commerce segment through Vicampo and German Wine in Black, and the Vinklubben wine club in Sweden, which had over 1.6 million members in 2022. Net sales were 5495 MSEK in 2025, with adjusted EBITA of 435 MSEK.

The group traces its operations to 1982, when Giertz Vinimport began as an agent for wine producers. It has operations in 16 markets, including Sweden, Finland, Norway, the Netherlands and Germany, and acquired Alpha Brands in Norway in 2026. Open positions include a sales role for Tryffelsvinet, a premium wine importer that joined the group in 2020.
