Vita Group

Vita Group develops and operates residential communities under four brands: Vita Student (premium student living), Union (co-living for young professionals), uhaus (luxury apartments) and House of Social, a food and drink concept in Manchester. The company says it handles acquisition, design, operations and marketing in house.

Its customers are students, young professionals and city residents who rent its buildings. In 2026 Vita and Colonial SFL announced a joint venture to develop premium urban living across Europe, with 2,200 beds expected by 2028.

Vita Student was founded in 2012 and opened its first building in Liverpool in 2013. The website lists sites in Manchester, Glasgow, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Birmingham, Leeds, York, Coventry, Southampton, Exeter and Lewisham, plus Barcelona and Madrid in Spain. It reports 10,000 beds under management as of 2023 and lists 20 open roles, mainly maintenance, housekeeping, residence supervision, customer service and food and drink positions at its sites.

Product: Purpose-built student accommodation, co-living apartments and luxury rental apartments, with a food and drink venue at House of Social.
