About Vision Systems
Vision Systems, s.r.o. designs machine-vision quality control systems that combine cameras, optics, lighting, sensors and software for 2D and 3D inspection, measurement and verification in manufacturing. Custom solutions cover end-of-line testing, dimensional and defect inspection, product verification and localisation, and image documentation. Standardised products include the Snapshot Analyzer image-acquisition system, the LPM compact profilometer for 3D profile measurement, the AMS automatic measuring system, the Vision Live camera software, and an automated PCB component inspection solution. The company also distributes Gocator profilometers from LMI3D and industrial cameras and lenses in Slovakia.
Customers are manufacturers that want inspection built into their production processes. Published references include a system that checks drilling and dimensions of furniture parts on a production line for IKEA Jasná, and ampoule inspection on production lines for HBM. Work is delivered as projects covering design, production, installation, testing and commissioning, followed by technical support after handover.
Vision Systems was established in 2019 as its own brand, after operating within KVANT spol. s r.o. since 1995; it is part of Kvant Group. The company is headquartered in Bratislava and holds ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications. Its team includes software developers, specialists in camera systems and lighting, electrical and mechanical designers, and technicians.
Product: Custom and standardised machine-vision inspection systems (Snapshot Analyzer, LPM profilometer, AMS measuring system, Vision Live software, PCB inspection), plus distribution of LMI3D Gocator profilometers and industrial cameras.
