About Vipetec

Vipetec provides analysis services, the Vipetec ATA™ software and optimization support for process control in industrial production. Its software analyses, compares and converts measurement data into trends, tables and summaries for process operators.

Its customers are companies in the process industry, with published case studies covering water and energy balance optimisation and grade changes at a paper mill. Services are sold as a package of analysis, software, optimization, support and training.

The company was founded in 2001 by Heikki Peltonen and Pauli Viljamaa. It is registered in Lappeenranta, Finland, and cooperates with LUT University and Tampere University.
