About VertexWare

VertexWare builds custom business software, reporting tools, process automation and integrations between existing systems. It also modernises legacy applications, including migrations from Java 8 to Java 21, takes over software without a reliable maintainer, and offers software and process audits with a written recommendation.

Customers are small and medium-sized businesses and organisations whose workflows depend on manual data entry, spreadsheets or outdated applications. Work is sold as a paid audit from €1,900, as scoped implementation at a day rate of €800, and as monthly maintenance plans from €390. Prices exclude VAT and invoices are issued in euros.

VertexWare OÜ is registered in Tallinn, Estonia, and was founded in 2023. Its founder, Luis Martin Schick, has worked since 2023 on SIB-BW2, a German public-sector application for civil engineering structures, through a contract with European Dynamics. Contracts are offered in English, German or Spanish, and hosting in the EU is the default.
