About Verneglobal
Verne designs, builds and operates its own low-carbon colocation data centers for AI, high-performance computing and other data-intensive workloads. Its services cover data center design, construction and day-to-day operations.
Customers are organisations that need high-density digital infrastructure, from startups to global hyperscalers. Revenue comes from providing colocation capacity in its data centers. Ardian acquired Verne in 2024 and the company operates under the Verne brand.
The legal entity Verne Vantaa Oy was founded in 1999 and is registered in Vantaa, Finland. Its campuses are in Finland and Iceland, and its London headquarters houses its commercial, customer and leadership teams. Sites in France, Norway and Mäntsälä are listed as coming soon or under construction. In 2026 Verne agreed to sell its UK data center Volta to Arcus. Current open roles cover construction, engineering design, project management, commercial, finance and legal positions in London, Paris, Reykjanesbær and Vantaa.
