VBS projekce

VBS projekce s.r.o. is a Czech design firm that offers architectural studies, building design documentation, permit handling, thermal imaging and construction supervision for family houses and small commercial or municipal projects. The website lists projects such as family homes, reconstructions, a car paint shop at Mošnov and retail fit-outs in shopping centres, mostly in the Moravian-Silesian and Opava regions.

Customers include private clients, developers and municipalities; the site names clients such as ČEZ ESCO, the towns of Bohumín, Třinec and Karviná, and Heimstaden. The company presents itself as a service provider covering the process from site surveys to building permit, with pricing set through a quotation after an initial meeting, so revenue is project-based service fees.

The company was founded in 2022 according to the registry and states that the team came together in 2016. Its registered seat is in Stěbořice and its office is listed in Ostrava-Poruba. The site lists four team members and mentions studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Brno University of Technology. The site is published in Czech only.
