V and B Group

V and B operates shops that combine a wine, beer and spirits cellar with a bar area for tasting and drinking on site. The stated concept is to ennoble beer and democratise wine.

The network is developed through franchises: the careers site lists franchise openings and takeovers of existing shops in various French towns. Its job listings cover in-store roles such as cavistes, extra bar staff, bar and shop managers, apprentices, and support functions at the head office in Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne. One listing is for a store in Northampton, UK.

The website names Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne as the head office. It publishes a gender-equality index and mentions a robotic logistics solution (SCALLOG) and a partnership with the Vendée Globe 2024 sailing race. Its careers site is run on Teamtailor.

Product: Retail wine, beer and spirits cellar with an attached bar space, operated as a franchise network.
