Uzeniny Příbram

Uzeniny Příbram, a.s. is a Czech meat processor that slaughters, cuts and produces traditional sausages, hams, cured meat specialties, fresh meat, semi-finished products and delicatessen items. The company states that it sources most of its raw material from Czech farmers, mainly near its Příbram plant, and that many products carry Czech traditional-recipe designations.

Its customers are butcher businesses, including the ZEMAN maso-uzeniny network, small retail outlets and retail chains in the Czech Republic, as well as customers in Slovakia and Hungary. The company sells its products on a wholesale basis to these trade customers.

The company runs two production plants, in Příbram and in Zábřeh na Moravě. The Příbram plant resumed operation in early 2015, when the company moved its dispatch warehouse and production departments there from its former Plzeň site; it includes on-site slaughter and butchering under permanent veterinary supervision.
