About Utec Ncs Survey
Acteon is an offshore energy engineering group that combines the Intermoor, UTEC and 2H business lines. Its services cover seabed characterisation, mooring and installation, asset integrity, life extension and decommissioning across the offshore project lifecycle. Proprietary products include the SEPLA and FEPLA plate anchors and the IM-H-Link chain connector.
Customers are offshore wind developers and oil and gas operators, served through project-based engineering, survey, installation and integrity work. The group reports delivering more than 600 mooring projects and more than 200 geophysical and geotechnical surveys in the last 10 years, with 30+ locations.
UTEC NCS Survey AS, the Norwegian legal entity in this record, is registered in Stavanger and was founded in 2012. Acteon was acquired by Buckthorn Partners and OEP in March 2024. The group currently lists 70 open vacancies, including engineering, structural analysis, business development and CNC machining roles.
