The website states that the collection fee is charged once per visit and covers up to three people, and that tests and packages are sold individually online.

The website says the service has operated since 2018 (the careers page says 2017), works with more than 200 medical specialists in 20 Polish cities, and names Diagnostyka as its medical partner. The registered operator is HOUSE-MED S.A., headquartered in Kraków.
