About Unifabs
Unifabs is a UK sheet metal fabrication and subcontract manufacturing company. Its services include CNC punching, laser cutting, CNC metal bending, MIG, TIG and robotic welding, powder coating and assembly, along with industrial design, design for manufacture and value engineering support.
Customers are businesses across multiple industries, including OEMs, that outsource sheet metal components, sub-assemblies and finished products. Unifabs handles repeat production runs as well as prototypes, and delivers nationwide with its own fleet of vehicles. Revenue comes from manufacturing services sold to these customers.
Unifabs was founded in 2006 and began manufacturing in 2007 from a single small unit. It operates seven factories on one 60,840 sq ft site in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, and has 160 employees. It runs the Unifabs Academy with Birmingham-based Train'd Up to deliver engineering apprenticeships, and is currently recruiting press brake setters, manufacturing operatives and an assembly team leader.
