UNEKO

UNEKO spol. s r. o. is a Czech aluminium foundry. It casts aluminium parts in sand moulds, weighing 0.5 to 250 kg, and machines them in its own machine shop. The service covers 3D model design, pattern making, casting, heat treatment, CNC machining, testing, assembly and shipping.

Customers are industrial manufacturers in general engineering, machine tools, electrical industry, pumps and valves, rail vehicles, laboratory and medical equipment, and heat exchangers. The company says it supplies customers in more than 20 countries. Production runs in series or as single pieces, under agreed systems such as KANBAN, call-offs or framework contracts, and is sold as manufacturing services for parts.

UNEKO states it was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Zátor, Czech Republic. It has held ISO 9001 quality management since 2003 and reports more than 90 employees. Its careers page lists open positions for CNC machinists, foundry workers, an aluminium alloy melter, a grinder and a manufacturing technologist.
