Ubiot is a working-time recording and HR software suite sold under the Ubiot brand by Ingeniatic Desarrollo, S.L. Employees clock in from a workplace fixed phone line, an NFC card reader, or an employee app opened in a mobile browser without an app store install. Corrections require a stated reason and do not overwrite recorded times, and the product does not use fingerprint or facial recognition.

Customers are companies whose staff work across many sites, including staff placed at a client's premises through subcontractors. Users include administrators, HR staff, centre managers and employees, and inspection bodies and worker representatives can be given time-limited access. Beyond time recording, the suite adds shifts, vacations and absences, expense capture with receipt reading, and quality inspections and QR-based rounds on the same panel. Companies request a demo, and a 30-day trial is offered.

The company is based in Cartagena, Spain. The product is designed to comply with Royal Decree-Law 8/2019 on working-time records, and data is stored in the European Union. Interface and marketing material are in Spanish.
