Turksa Technology

Turksa Technology OÜ, which operates under the Shopcall brand, builds a video-commerce platform for live, personalised shopping. Shopcall Marketplace is a live video shopping service that can be integrated into an e-commerce site or used standalone. Shopcall Direct lets physical retailers sell online through video calls from a smartphone, with call reservations, cart creation during the call, an integrated checkout and an admin panel. Shopcall Assistant adds one-to-one live video, chat and co-browsing sessions to e-commerce sites, and customers do not need to install anything.

The customers are merchants, SMEs, individual sellers, physical retailers and e-commerce sites. The product is offered under a licence fee, with launch pricing stated as up to 66% off and an AI-based marketing plan option.

The company was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia. Shopcall Direct registration is currently open to businesses and individual sellers in Estonia, Italy and Australia, while buyers can purchase from anywhere in the world. The company states that localisation and expansion into European and Baltic countries is ongoing.
