About Triptease

Triptease provides a data marketing platform for hotels. It combines hotel pricing and OTA parity data, guest data and marketing automation across channels including metasearch, paid search, display retargeting, website personalisation and email. Price Match automatically adjusts a hotel's rates on metasearch and its booking engine so that the direct price is not undercut by OTAs.

Its customers are hotels and hotel groups, with revenue, marketing and e-commerce teams as the users. Pricing is customised per hotel: a licence fee, a licence fee plus ad spend, or, for some channels, a commission per booking. The platform connects to more than 180 booking engines, CRMs and RMSs.

Triptease was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in London. It also has offices in New York, Barcelona and Singapore and operates a hybrid working model.
