About Transreport
Transreport makes the Passenger Assistance Management System, software for planning, allocating and recording assisted travel. A PA Staff web dashboard lets managers allocate work and track demand and staff workload, and a PA Staff mobile app gives frontline teams live handovers and per-passenger needs. Passengers can request assistance through the Transreport app, an AI agent, or the web, and an API is available.
The customers are transport operators, mainly railway companies. The platform is deployed across the Great Britain rail network and, in a phased rollout, in Japan with Hankyu Railway. The company also reports a launch with a first aviation partner in 2026.
The company was founded by Jay Shen, its Founder and Chief Executive Officer. It received a King's Award for Enterprise in the Innovation category in 2025 and reports 10 million assistance requests managed as of 2026. Its open role is an AI Agent Builder Intern based in London.
Product: Passenger Assistance Management System with a PA Staff web dashboard, a PA Staff mobile app, and an AI agent for assistance requests.
