About Tradias

Tradias GmbH provides institutional-grade liquidity for digital assets. Its services are an OTC principal desk, exchange market making and tokenization. Clients can trade through API, chat or the company's own trading platform, and tokenized assets, crypto assets and FX pairs are covered in a single integration.

Tradias serves only institutional clients that qualify as professional clients or eligible counterparties under MiFID II, and it does not work with retail clients or consumers. Its main business is exchanging crypto-assets for funds and for other crypto-assets. Pricing is individual and set in bilateral agreements with each client, and a set-up fee or project expenses may apply in some cases.

Tradias is a BaFin-regulated securities trading bank and operates under MiCA. It emerged from Bankhaus Scheich, established in Frankfurt in 1985, which began its digital asset business under the tradias brand in 2020. The company is based in Frankfurt am Main. In 2026 it announced a partnership with mwb fairtrade Wertpapierhandelsbank AG and joining the BitGo Prime liquidity network, and it closed a merger with Boerse Stuttgart Digital, which became a business unit of Boerse Stuttgart Group.
