About Towercoldchain

Tower Cold Chain makes reusable and single-use passive temperature-controlled containers, including pallet shippers, parcel shippers, thermal covers and onboard catering boxes. Its containers have built-in data loggers that record internal temperatures from -95°C to 50°C and can send notifications of temperature excursions.

Customers are pharmaceutical and life science companies, and the company also lists airlines and onboard catering among its industries. Containers are offered on long-term lease, and the company describes its model as a global hub network from which containers are available for collection within 24 hours.

Kryotrans Ltd was launched in the UK in 2000, and the company was relaunched as KryoTrans International Ltd in 2006. The Tower brand followed in 2008, when a first overseas hub was opened in San Francisco. In 2024 Cold Chain Technologies acquired Tower Cold Chain, which now operates as a Cold Chain Technologies company. Current open roles include a facilities and production engineering manager, an HR manager, an account manager for EMEA, a client services specialist for EMEA and a quality EHS manager.
