Touch Call Recording Service is a managed, multi-channel service for recording, storing and accessing fixed and mobile voice calls and digital communications. Supported channels include mobile, PBX, Microsoft Teams, chat (including Bloomberg and Refinitiv Messenger) and SMS, with more than 60 channels in total. Recordings are accessed through a web-based interface that also covers reporting and configuration.

Customers named on the website are financial services firms, contact centres and mobile and telecoms operators. Pricing has a fixed monthly fee per activated recording channel, a monthly fee per user per channel with a one-time setup fee per user, and retention-based pricing with unlimited storage within the chosen retention period. Optional AI tools, third-party integrations and SSO are priced separately.

Touch was founded in 1991. Its website dates its software-as-a-service business to 2006 and its call recording as a service to 2010. The company is headquartered in Oslo and has an office in Singapore. It acquired Recordit A/S in Denmark in 2021, GuardRec AS in Norway in 2023 and Saven AB in Sweden in 2024, and received an investment from Hawk Infinity in 2023.
