TOS Olomouc designs and manufactures universal and production knee-type milling machines (konzolové frézky), both conventional and CNC-controlled, along with accessories. The website describes the machines as its own design.

Most production goes to foreign customers. Besides machine sales, the company offers after-sales care: installation and commissioning at the customer's site, warranty and post-warranty service, remote fault diagnosis, spare parts, operator and CNC programmer training, retrofits, general overhauls and 3D CNC measurement.
