Tomza

Tomza provides packaging services in the Czech Republic: design and production of packaging (stretch film, cartons, adhesive tape), kitting and assembly, labelling, packing, dispatch and dismantling. It also offers custom packaging solutions and POS/POP display stands.

Its customers are businesses that outsource packaging and finishing work. The company says it offers "náhradní plnění" (substitute fulfilment), under which clients can meet the statutory 4% quota of employees with disabilities by buying its services. The website does not describe its revenue model beyond these services.

Tomza was founded in 2006 and is a registered social enterprise based in Brno, with a second production site in Jeseník. The website states it employs 185 people, more than 180 of them with disabilities, and lists a 3,500 m² storage and production area. It is hiring a manual worker in Brno on a four-hour shift for people with disabilities.
