Timpla

timpla develops, plans and builds buildings in timber and timber-hybrid construction, branded as timpla by Renggli. It offers two systems: industrial timber module construction, where fully fitted room modules are produced and assembled on site, and flexible timber element construction for more complex or individual buildings.

The company positions itself as a development partner that accompanies building projects from the first idea to turnkey handover. Its website describes an integrated approach across project phases, with high prefabrication and a single point of contact. Clients commission projects through a project inquiry form; the references listed include residential, school and hotel buildings in Germany and Switzerland.

timpla lists offices or work locations in Eberswalde and Berlin, with some roles offered as hybrid. Open positions cover site management, sales and cost estimating, project commercial management, planning and timber engineering, including CAD and design roles. The website does not state a founding year.
