Ticketkantoor provides an online platform where event organisers set up their own ticket shop. Visitors pay through internet banking, including iDEAL, and receive e-tickets for download or by e-mail. Organisers can follow sales in real time and check tickets with a free scan app or a handheld scanner, and each ticket is valid only once.

The customers are event organisers, such as dance schools, associations, theatres, venues and sports event organisers. The listed event types include tent parties, musicals, concerts, fairs, congresses and attraction parks. The platform is priced at a flat €0.80 per ticket, including VAT and iDEAL, on a no-cure/no-pay basis. Organisers do not need an iDEAL account of their own.
