Tickd builds white-label software for automated business energy switching. Brokers and suppliers pay tiered monthly subscriptions, from £0 to £750 per month plus bespoke enterprise packages, together with implementation and per-contract facilitation fees. The platform is free to charities and communities, which share in the per-fuel commission.

Tickd is registered in Birmingham, England, and was founded in 2019. The platform launched in September 2020. The company states that its platform helped switch over £40 million worth of annual energy contracts in 2024 and targets the 4.9 million SME customers in the UK.
