About Ti Fluid Systems

TI Fluid Systems designs and manufactures thermal management and fluid handling systems for vehicles. The range includes refrigerant and coolant modules, refrigerant and hydrogen lines, battery coolant manifolds and fuel tank systems, for battery-electric, hybrid and combustion vehicles.

Its customers are vehicle manufacturers, and it sells components to them. Its Industrial Products division applies the same fluid management technologies to battery energy storage, fuel cell, commercial vehicle and off-highway applications. On 15 April 2025, ABC Technologies completed its acquisition of TI Fluid Systems, and the combined business is to be rebranded TI Automotive.

The company traces its origins to 1922, when it began trading as Harry Bundy and Company. The current UK legal entity, TI Fluid Systems Limited, was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Oxford. The company lists 98 manufacturing locations in 27 countries, five global technical centres and seven regional support centres.

Its e-Mobility Innovation Centres include Rastatt in Germany, the first of these centres, and sites in Incheon, Nagoya and Jiading. Roles are advertised through a global job portal.
