About Thynk.Cloud

Thynk.Cloud builds a commercial and operations platform for hotels and venues, powered by Salesforce CRM. Its modules cover hospitality CRM, meetings and events, group bookings, B2B sales, inquiries and distribution, analytics, and Thynk Connect, a suite of integrations with property management and point-of-sale systems. Thynk Direct is a branded booking engine with real-time room and event space availability that can be placed on a client's website.

Customers are hotel groups, resorts, management companies, venues, convention centres and flexible accommodation operators. Testimonials on the website come from hotel groups including Rotana Hotels & Resorts, Harry's Home Hotels, Postillion Hotels and Maritim Hotels. The website reports more than 2,500 hotel and venue leaders as users.

The company's origins date to late 2019, when co-founder Nils Scheers, a hotelier, partnered with Salesforce consultant Pascal Petit to build the platform. It is registered in Belgium, and its team is described as spanning 21+ countries. The website lists open roles for a Strategic Business Development Director, Head of Marketing, Head of Accounting and Customer Success.
