The July

The July builds and operates design-led apartment-hotels that combine fully equipped apartments with hotel services such as reception, gym, restaurant and bar. The company was formerly known as City ID and its properties include ID Aparthotel, The July Boat & Co, The July Twenty Eight, The July Capel Street in Dublin and The July Victoria in London.

Revenue comes from guest stays, including short stays, long stays and meeting and event hosting at its Boat & Co location in Amsterdam's Houthaven, alongside restaurant and bar operations at several properties. Its website also promotes direct booking offers such as discounts for longer stays.

The adventure started in 2012 with Amsterdam's first apartment-hotel, ID Aparthotel in Sloterdijk. The website lists open locations in Dublin, Amsterdam and London, with Lisbon listed as in the making. The company is currently hiring across front office, food and beverage, kitchen, reservations, marketing, HR and finance roles, including a Chief Financial Officer and an HR Manager for London.

Product: Apartment-hotel stays with fully equipped kitchens, plus restaurant, bar, gym and meeting spaces in multiple cities.
